When you connect your LinkedIn account, we collect your LinkedIn profile information including your name, email, profile photo, and public posts. We use this information to create your Voice DNA profile and personalise content generation.
We use your information exclusively to: provide the Kredvox service, generate personalised content in your voice, improve our AI models, and communicate with you about the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely on AWS servers in the EU (Stockholm region). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. LinkedIn access tokens are encrypted before storage.
We access your LinkedIn data only with your explicit permission through OAuth. We request only the minimum permissions needed: your profile information and the ability to post on your behalf when you choose to publish.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@kredvox.com
As a user based in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data. To exercise these rights contact us at support@kredvox.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Kredvox uses localStorage to store your authentication token. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
